The International Fur Exchange

The completed renovation looks excellent! The building and its two neighbors have been renovated and combined into the Drury Plaza Hotel. The holes in the Fur Exchange have been patched up as well. Though the interior had already been demolished and thus was not saved, the exterior of the Fur Exchange remains as a link to the city's past.

The Jefferson Building looks sharp! Dated orange brick and green and white metal panelling has given way to modern windows, red brick that matches that of the Fur Exchange, and a handsomely simple entry overhang at street level.
