January 2003: Another duplicate image from St. Louis: Landmarks and Historic Districts, p. 150, the 1300 block of Salisbury. The two buildings wrapped by the ceramic-tiled ground floor survived at this late date; everything beyond them is gone, lost to freeway construction and one of its attendants: a gas station.

The buildings shown here were demolished in 2005, to allow the gas station to expand further.
