Martin Shaughnessy Building
2201 Washington Avenue
Architects: Barnett Haynes & Barnett
1906
Originally built as a fireproof storage warehouse, 2201 Washington was used for many years at the Motor Parts Warehouse. The building was renovated in the mid-2000s as the Motor Lofts. It houses the Downtown Children's Center in a ground level retail space which was previously covered by concrete panels.
