Another house I've tracked for several years, this one west of Hyde Park on Salisbury.

January 1999: Bricks have just begun to fall from the cornice. The house's neighbor is in remarkably good shape.

October 2002: The deterioration has accellerated; what began as a crack is now a gaping hole, and new damage has begun on a first floor window.

January 2004: After crumbling further, the house was demolished by 2005.
