Center: In 2002, the surviving portion of the Lister building suffered a fire during renovation, causing a partial collapse of the facade. January 2003.

Bottom: Remarkably, the owners have apparently vowed to forge ahead with the renovation. The interior of the building has been gutted down to the steel structure and brick walls and is receiving new flooring joists. January 2003.
