1015 Washington Avenue

Originally: Lindell Real Estate Building Company
Architect: Mauran, Russell & Garden, 1901

For a time in the early 2000s, it was the home of a toy company called Trendmasters, which was bought out and closed down its local operations in 2002.

Today the building has been combined with its neighbor as part of the Dorsa Lofts, with Mizu Sushi Bar in the former Trendmasters space.
