You've stumbled across "The Corrosion of War Without End", a rather long fanfic set in the post-G2 comics universe. How long? It's about 750 K -- that's around an hour or more of reading for most folks.

I don't take G2 as strictly canon, but I try not to deviate from it very much, either. The only back story you really need is that the Autobot-Decepticon alliance has fallen apart -- a story I might cover in detail at some future date. The characters of "Corrosion" are largely ones of my own creation, mixed with some obscure members of the toy line (see the Character Profiles menu). There are also cameos by more well-known characters like Optimus Prime, Megatron, and Soundwave buried deeper in the story.

It's been tremendously fun writing and re-writing this thing; I just hope people dropping by will enjoy it as much as I have. And if you've got comment, criticisms, whatever, please, let me know!
