The restrained Romanesque facade of this 4-story office building has been rather banally modernized at street level, but this blank slate of a facade has
itself been adorned with an enlivening neon sign -- not a remant of hat-selling days, but a portrait of
a former President: "Truman in Neon". The building is for sale by
CB Richard Ellis.
