Wingman Park, where Blair meets Wright and the street grid makes one of its innumerable turns, is a pleasant triangle of grass and trees, walled in by houses that are generally in good condition.

Second down: October 2002. This remarkable block of row houses stands on a cul-de-sac off Wingman Park, and is in superb condition.
