South of MLK, the neighborhoods by and large seem better off. None of this area is immune to abandonment and decay, however.
This house stood at the corner of Hamilton Terrace and Goodfellow when I photographed it in
December of 1998. I returned in January 2003 to find it (and its next door neighbor) gone.
