Built St. Louis > > The North Side > > Martin Luther King Drive West
The areas surrounding the west end of Martin Luther King Drive are a diverse mix of
housing types and neighborhood densities. The houses here ranges from one-story shacks to mini-mansions.
The intersection of Hamilton with Kennerly offers a succinct summary of the area's variety, as this neat row of
small, well-kept houses, probably dating from the late 1940s or 1950s, stands just around the corner from a massive brick
factory, closed and abandoned for many years.
