Like St. Martin de Porres, this church flares up from an oppressvely low ceiling to a soaring climax above the altar. Narrow windows of faceted glass provide bursts of color within the mostly windowless sanctuary.

A whole complex of additions and later buildings has risen up around the 1965 sanctuary.
